PulseGrid (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled by our supplier TeemDrop, and all returns, refunds, and disputes are handled according to their policies. This ensures that we never promise customers anything TeemDrop will not honor.
This policy applies to customers in Norway, the European Union, and other international destinations.
1. 7-Day Return Window (Standard Returns)
- Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact;
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Items returned without prior approval or outside this window will not be accepted.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items to TeemDrop’s designated warehouse, which may be international. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. EU & Norway 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
- Norway and EU customers retain their statutory 14-day cooling-off period under Angrerettloven / EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- To use this right:
- Notify us in writing at ttvbamz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product;
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging;
- Return items promptly after notice (reasonable timeframe).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to TeemDrop’s warehouse.
Hygiene/personal care exception: Opened items like LED face masks cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Report timeline: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of damage or defect. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
- For packages showing delivered but not received, TeemDrop requires an official non-delivery certificate from your local post office with an official seal.
- Refunds or replacements are provided in accordance with TeemDrop’s policies.
Return shipping: Defective or incorrect items must be returned to TeemDrop’s warehouse. Return costs may be reimbursed depending on the case and evidence.
4. Delayed or Lost Orders
- Delayed shipments: Dispute requests are only handled 45 days after the item leaves TeemDrop’s warehouse (110 days for Brazil).
- PulseGrid is not responsible for carrier delays.
- If a package is lost, contact us and we will investigate with TeemDrop.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened hygiene/personal care items (e.g., LED face masks)
- Custom or personalized products
- Products explicitly prohibited from return by law or supplier policy
6. No Direct Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To get a different item, return the original for a refund (per policy) and place a new order.
7. Refunds
- After TeemDrop receives and inspects returned items and confirms eligibility:
- Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method;
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and no refund is received, email ttvbamz@gmail.com.
8. Return Process
To request a return, damaged/incorrect claim, or dispute:

- For non-receipt claims: official non-delivery certificate from the post office
9. International & Supplier Considerations
- All returns go to TeemDrop’s warehouse, not a local address. International shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- TeemDrop’s strict timelines and evidence requirements apply to all returns, replacements, and refunds.
- PulseGrid will assist you in navigating the process but cannot override TeemDrop’s policies.
