  • All prices are displayed in Norwegian Krone (NOK) unless otherwise indicated.

  • Prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs, or import duties unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders & Payment

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. Orders are accepted only when confirmed by PulseGrid via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders that contain errors, including pricing or product information mistakes.
  • You represent that your payment method is valid and authorized for use on our site.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are fulfilled by TeemDrop, with shipping times varying by region and carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • PulseGrid is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
  • Once items are shipped, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, available at pulse-g.com/returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Norway & EU)

  • In accordance with Norwegian law (Angrerettloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Certain personal care or hygiene items (e.g., LED face masks) cannot be returned if opened for health and safety reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the PulseGrid website—including text, images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and graphics—is owned by PulseGrid or its licensors.
  • You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
