PulseGrid (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled by our supplier, TeemDrop. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders, and your responsibilities as a customer.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled by TeemDrop.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region and carrier. Estimated ranges:

Europe 10–20 business days
Rest of World 14–30 business days
  • These are estimates only; delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • We offer flat-rate international shipping, with the exact cost displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking

  • Orders include tracking where available.
  • Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number and link via email.
  • Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers outside Norway may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
  • These fees are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • PulseGrid is not liable for shipping carrier delays or lost packages.
  • If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at ttvbamz@gmail.com.
  • We will investigate with TeemDrop to help locate or resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

8. Returns

  • Shipping is separate from our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. No Physical Pickup

  • PulseGrid is an online-only store.
  • We do not offer in-store or local pickup.
